Cancellation Policy

Workout Classes 1. No Refunds: All class purchases are final. 2. Rescheduling: Classes can be rescheduled via the booking site. 3. Late Cancel Policy: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will incur a $10 fee. 4. Childcare Fees: Childcare is available at an additional $10 per class and must be reserved in advance. Memberships 1. Cancellations: Membership cancellations must be processed through your online profile. No refunds will be granted. 2. Participation Requirement: Members are required to attend at least 2 in-person events and 1 virtual event per month to maintain membership (excluding maternity leave). 3. Payment Default: Memberships with payments overdue by 20 days will automatically be canceled. 4. Commitment Period: A minimum 4-month commitment is required for membership. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk By signing this agreement, I affirm that: • I am voluntarily participating in physical fitness and performance training with Bless the Body and the Mill Mom Collective. I acknowledge that participation is entirely at my own risk. • I understand and accept the inherent risks of participating in activities and events, including but not limited to physical or psychological injury, illness, disfigurement, disability, economic loss, and death. • I assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained by myself and/or my child(ren) before, during, or after any activity on the premises. • I release the company, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, managers, members, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims or causes of action related to injuries or damages. Photographic and Video Consent • I understand that photographs or video recordings of me and/or my child(ren) may be displayed publicly or electronically. • I will be consulted for any use outside of the intended educational or promotional purposes. Code of Conduct • I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff and will seek clarification if needed. • I understand that failure to comply with staff instructions or safety requirements may result in the termination of my participation. Acknowledgment of Release I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. By signing below, I agree to release and discharge the company and its representatives from any claims and waive the right to pursue legal action.
